Others seem to be working correctly showing "one the phone", "in a meeting", etc. Tried reinstalling client with no change. If you manually change to "Available", it changes right back to "Away". I have integrated CUPS with active directory, is it manditory to integrate CUCM also with active directory? My CUCM is not integrated with AD. Can this be a resolution of my above mentioned problem?
WebSep 5, 2012 · The problem that caused the offline on a call issue, that we found and logged a fault with, is if you changed any information in the options menu eg uncheck tick box, etc, then the next time you log in you will experience the fault offline on a call, which then just sits there.
