Have to cook at half the temperature for half the time. Impossible to get through to Kenwood. WebService is awful. Service is awful. Over an hour to place Order as their system has a problem- not mentioned anywhere of course. Another hour spent getting proof of purchase/guarantee. Upteem e mails later customer service (ha ha) offered £5 goodwill then zero and then £10. Zero value shown for customers.
