Web1 de nov. de 2024 · Our data indicate that the susceptibility to STZ is not strictly associated to ON-type or OFF-type RGCs, since RGCs of both types resulted to be affected or unaffected by diabetes. Instead, our observations suggest that RGCs with smaller dendritic arbors are less susceptible to the effects induced by STZ treatment.
