WebMay 19, 2024 · The details of this Scheme are set out in Public Service Management (Sick Leave) Regulations (SI 124 of 2014), Public Service Management (Sick Leave) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 (S.I. 384 of 2015) and circular 05/2024. A guide to sick regulations is available and you should read it in conjunction with the regulations.
